1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and roullete ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing or using any feature of the roullete website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all activities conducted through your roullete account, including but not limited to sports betting, slot games, eBingo, and any other gaming or wagering features. Use of the platform is conditional on your acceptance of and continued compliance with these Terms.

2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration and Verification

4 Deposits and Payments

All financial transactions on roullete are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer. Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on roullete.

Deposits are credited to your roullete account balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method — e-wallet deposits are typically faster than bank transfers. roullete is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third parties are not permitted.
• roullete reserves the right to request proof of the payment method used for any deposit.
• Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute for any deposit constitutes a breach of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

You may withdraw your available PHP balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, where possible.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts may apply per transaction and per period.
• roullete reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before releasing large withdrawals.
• Withdrawals are processed within the timeframes stated in the platform. Delays caused by banking partners or payment providers are outside roullete's direct control.

If roullete has reason to believe that a withdrawal request is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, the withdrawal may be placed on hold pending investigation.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been accepted by the platform.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal gaming purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the roullete platform without express written permission.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, roullete's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside roullete's reasonable control, including internet outages, payment provider downtime, or force majeure events.

12 Account Suspension and Termination

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, roullete may withhold the balance pending investigation. Where an account is closed for other reasons (such as a self-exclusion request), the verified balance will be returned to the player's nominated withdrawal method.

13 Amendments to These Terms
